Each offender should be linked to a Behavior and an Action

In the example below, student A B has a Behavior linked to the student and an Action linked to the student.

Student A at the bottom has neither.

Ideally each student will have a behavior linked to them and an action linked to that behavior.

Both students can have the same behavior added to them, but you will need to link it to both by dragging and dropping it to each student in the Offender section.

Both students need their own Action, you cannot use the same for all of them. Click on Add Incident Element

Complete the appropriate action codes and other information for the second student.

Drag the action to the appropriate student behavior.

Student A is linked correctly with a Behavior and the Action linked to that Behavior.

If you need to correct the placement of the action you may remove it from the student. It will be moved back to the Incident Elements column so you can drop it into the correct position.

After completing all the appropriate fields, don't forget to save your work by clicking on Submit Incident
