Import: Create and Update Profiles

When working constantly with Imports, we might find time consuming to configure our import settings and map our excel columns all over again every time we want to import information.

In the following manual we will explain how to create profiles for your imports: by doing this, you only need to establish the configuration once, save it and then select your import profile next time you import the same kind of information.

Now we have our import all configured.

At this point we could just click on Import, but if we want to use the same excel template in the future, we might want to save this configuration in the shape of an Import profile

Now we have our import all configured.

Remember that you can use excel or csv files which might contain more columns that fields mapped during the import. You can also use the same file in different imports and map only the relevant columns involved in that specific import. The creation of profiles will help you to build your own templates and speed up the import of information.
