If you need someone else to pay online on your behalf, follow these instructions.
Definitions:
Registrant: the person who will attend the conference.
Payer: the person who will complete payment online on behalf of the registrant.
NOTE: The Payer starts the process and establishes an empty registration for you to fill in. They will need your email address. If you already submitted an abstract, please give them the email address you used when submitting your abstract. Wait until you hear from the Payer that they are ready for you to begin.
Go to https://auth.oxfordabstracts.com/
If you already submitted an abstract, log in with the same credentials you used when submitting your abstract.
If you did not submit an abstract, then select "Create an account". Be sure to use the same email address that the Payer entered for you when they were establishing your registration.

(Optional) If you are creating your account for the first time, verify your email address
Look for an email message from no-reply@oxfordabstracts.com and click on the verification link

Find the empty registration on your dashboard
The incomplete registration created by the Payer will be visible on your dashboard as soon as you log in.

Click on PAY to complete registration
Despite the name of the button, you will not have to complete payment! This will simply take you to the payment screen, where you can edit the incomplete registration.

Click on EDIT from the payment screen

Complete registration questions
Make sure to fill out all the required questions, which will be shaded red and labeled "No response to required question."

Click NEXT at the bottom of each page

Click PAYMENT (or SUBMIT) on last page to save your completed registration
This will take you to the payment page.
Your part is done! Let the Payer know that you are ready for them to complete payment.
After the Payer has generated an invoice or completed payment online, you will be able to download a receipt from your dashboard.
