How to upload inventory for outside brands. SOP

Outside brands will send you inventory updates on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. We want to try and update this information as often as we possibly can, to ensure our customers are getting accurate information and to prevent the cancellation of orders due to them being out of stock. A majority of these outside brands will send these inventory updates to your Rustic email.
