How to update your meeting space(s) capacity and amenities

Go to Visit Pensacola

Click on PROFILE

Click on Accounts

Click on highlight

Click on Manage Meeting Space

Click on Edit

Fill In the details you know! Each number you submit on this form is the total number you can accommodate in each space. EXP. If you have three rooms that can host 30 Banquet-style, you would fill in 90. If each room is 1000 sq ft you would fill in 3,000.

Click on Largest Room: Out of all the spaces you offer.

BE SURE TO SAVE!!

Scroll past the first form you saved to find where to add each room's individual details. You will list capacity numbers for each individual space. Click on NEW ROOM

Type "Private Room"

Click on Save
