How to manually add the UpdateAI bot to meetings

Navigate to update.ai

Click on Invite bot to new meeting.

Add a meeting title that is either the same as the actual meeting title, or a phrase that you will remember.

Click into the meeting link box.

Switch to you calendar view to grab the meeting link (in this case, I'm using Google Meet, but this will work with Zoom or MSFT Teams as well).

Click on the right meeting.

Copy the meeting ID

Go back to UpdateAI.
