How to make an Event in Mazevo- RSO

Guide for RSOs using Mazevo

Login to Mazevo by going to www.mymazevo.com and login with your LMU email address and password

Choose "Add New Request"

Enter the Event Name

Enter your expected headcount and hit "Next"

Check the Available Rooms and Unavailable rooms

On the Available Room Tab please select which room(s) you would like to request

You can select multiple locations- as long as they are in the same building. After you submit the event you can "Add Bookings" to add additional dates, times, locations

Enter Room Setup Notes and Click on Save

For some resources you will need to enter the quantity you want (Trash/Recycle Bins, Tables, Chairs, Etc.)

When requesting a Full Time Tech

Requests need at least 2 weeks notice otherwise you can request a 15min Tech.
You will need to click "Add Notes" and enter what time you would like the Tech to Show up and your Budget Information

When requesting Chairs and Tables please enter how many you will need in the quaintly box- You will also need to click "Add Notes" to add information about where you would like the equipment setup

Check Select "On-Site Contact" Please click "Add Notes" and enter the name of the person who will be on site for the event and their contact information (email and phone number)

When you have finished adding all your resources and equipment please click "Next"

Please answer all of the Mazevo questions

You will not be able to submit your request until you answer all of the questions. For questions that do not apply to you please enter "N/A"

Click on Submit

After you hit "Submit" you can see your event under "My Events." The scheduling office will reach out with any questions or concerns. Once your event is finalized you will then receive a Confirmation Email.
