Start on the Epic Charter Schools home page

There are many ways to access the Parent Portal. An easy, simple way is to begin on the Epic home page and click on the Parent Portal link in the Quick Link section.

A new web browsing tab will open and you can log into the portal using your username and password.

Your username is the same email address that was used to enroll your student at Epic. If you are logging into the Parent Portal for the first time or have forgotten your password, please select the “Forgot Username or Password” on the Parent Portal sign-in page to be emailed a temporary password to reset.

For additional assistance with your password, you can use the chat feature on the Epic Charter Schools homepage or go to Epic Technical Support by clicking this link.

Click on Username and enter the username for your account.

Click on password field and enter your password.

Click on Sign In

The PowerSchool Parent Portal will open to the home dashboard. One of the most important pieces of information for you and your student to know is their student ID number. The STN number is NOT their Epic student ID.

To find the Epic Student ID number, click Student ID near the lower left side of the screen.

The student ID number is also found in the student Epic email address. In this example, the student email address for John Smith would be js33333@epiccharterschools.org. Only the numeric portion is used for the student ID number.

The Epic Student ID Number can also be found in your enrollment confirmation email from the Epic Enrollment Department. The text of the email will state:

"The enrollment of your student, JOHN SMITH - 33333, in EPIC Charter Schools for the 2024-2025 school year beginning August 15, 2024 has been received and approved!"

The Epic student ID number is the five or six digit number below their name on the Student ID Badge.

If your student's ID does not have a picture or it needs to be updated, send the image to your student's teacher and ask the teacher to upload the picture to PowerSchool.

To print the Student ID, click on the print icon on the upper right side of the screen..

Select your printer in the Destination drop-down box and click the blue print button. You can then cut out and laminate your student's Epic Charter Schools ID Badge.
