How to create an academic alert for a student as an instructor

On-campus faculty may submit an Academic Alert for students or advisees. The academic alert generates emails to the student, the student's advisor, and the Student Success And Support Center. This opens the opportunity for a dialogue to address concerns the faculty member raises. This may include a request for a meeting, a recommendation to speak with the student's advisor or an appointment at the Student Success And Support Center for tutoring in a particular subject. Faculty are encouraged to be specific in their descriptions and recommendations to assist the student best.
