How to create an Event for Competition entries

Log into your client portal

Ensure that your Event name matches the calendar entry

To ensure that members enter into a particular draw, you should create these draws as different Registration Types.

Registration Types may be shown as Ticket Types. This can be changed in your Event -> settings

Note: the Payment Classes need to match what you are expecting from the Squash Australia Membership levels. So, typically it would be Compete and Local categories you would be using. Save and close the file when completed.

Unless the Event is internal to your Club or State, you should share the Event to let people find it on the State and National calendars

Request Sanctioning

4 Steps

Your Event must be sanctioned by your Peak organisation to allow the Event to be linked to a Competition

If your Peak Organisation rejects your Sanctioning request, you will need to contact them manually to review the Sanctioning request again and approve it once you have corrected any concerns by the Peak Organisation.
