How to create a Group and download the group's documents

  9. 9. Select the 8th Grade Museum trip

  10. 10. Click on either the Export PDFs or Download options in the upper righthand corner

    Export PDFs will begin to run at this point. This report provides the necessary items for chaperones hosting a group or for individuals needing medical care.

  1. 11. Click on Start export after selecting the specific Files or Acton Plans to you wish to export

    For example: anaphylaxis or asthma action plans

  2. 12. Click on the resulting Zip file

    You can allow the report to run in the background by clicking on the "X" in the corner. To re-access your report request, click on the toast icon at the top of your screen and select the report you have requested
