How to change the date(s) of an assigned timeline

Sometimes we make mistakes. A missclick or slight of thought. Now, one of your new hires can't open their timeline because its locked, set to open some date in the future.
This guide explains how to fix the situation

If you can identify a timeline being locked, by the lock icon, this guide is for you

This also counts if it is just sections of the timeline that is not locked

Click on Timelines in the admin section of the platform

Click on actions context menu, for the same timeline the user already has

Click on Assign

Find the particular user who is experiencing the problem

Double check that you get the correct date(s) for each section

Finally, click on Assign

You can optionally go to the 'Message' step and remove any message, so you don't send another one
