How to book your CIFF tickets online

1. 1. Log into Eventive

   This is the main page, you can always navigate back here by clicking the CIFF logo.

   

2. 2. Click on My passes

   This is where you will find all your passes, if you have one or several, they all live here!

   

3. 3. This is your pass!

   You can see there is 0/3 uses on this pass, let's book a movie.

   

4. 4. Click on "My Tickets"

   

5. 5. Click on BROWSE THE SCHEDULE

   

6. 6. There will be a long list of films you can reserve, find the one that you want to see and Click on ORDER TICKETS

   

7. 7. Click on Quick order 1+ tickets with pass

   Here is the tricky part, make sure that you see the (CA$0.00) with your quick order. If not, you are not reserving using your pass.

   

8. 8. Checkout!

   Again, see that the movie package is charging you $0.00 dollars, always double check this below you click the "I accept the above terms"

   

9. 9. Click on BUY (CA$0.00)

   

10. 10. Click "Enable text message tickets"

    This is OPTIONAL, you can skip this step!

    

11. 11. Click on GO TO MY TICKETS

    

12. 12. Click on SHOW 1 QR CODE

    You can see you QR code for the movie package here! You can also take a screenshot of this to make it easier to find on your phone later.

    

13. 13. You can also, cancel or transfer ticket by clicking on the "MANAGE" button

    

14. 14. If you want to cancel a ticket, you have 24 hours BEFORE your event to do so. You can also transfer tickets to friends!

    And if you prefer, passholders can still scan in onsite.
