How to assign a tasklist

Select the desired due date for the tasklist

Select the assigned user

The assigned user, is the person who is going to be responsible for ensuring the tasks get done. Individual tasks can still be assigned to other people.

Click on the 'New hire' dropdown

Select the new hire this tasklist revolves around

You can select the same user in both fields, in order to give the user tasks to complete, with no relation to a new hire
