How to add a club to your State portal

If your club does not already exist in your active or inactive list, you will need it to add it to your portal.

Log In to your State portal

Click on LOG IN

Click on LOG IN

Click on account

Click on  account

Click on the clubs tile

Click on the clubs tile

Check to see if your club already exists

Scroll through your current Clubs

Click on "switch to inactive" then check if your club exists

Click on "switch to inactive" then check if your club exists

You can reactivate a previous club as necessary

Click on the activate button next to your desired club

Follow on from here to add a new club

Click on the add club link from Options…

Enter in the Club name

Enter in the short name for the club

Enter in the contact email address

Enter in the Suburb

Select the relevant State

Enter in a description as desired

Click the Add Club link.

Reminder: this will add a club to your list, but will not add a Portal which a club can log into.
