How to add Images to Accessory Products (in Greenline)

This tutorial walks through the process of adding an image to an accessory product in Greenline.

Note: only 1 image (per variant) can be added to the listing with this method. The other method is to add photos to your accessory products in Buddi, which allows up to 3 images to show on your menu.

Search for the Product in Greenline

12 Steps

Sign into your Greenline Dashboard

Click on 'Product list'

Click on the 'Categories' dropdown

Checkmark 'Accessories'

Note: This step is optional. Filtering your products by category just makes it easier to find what you are looking for.

Click 'Apply'

Search for Product + Click on it

Where to upload the Image

This is where you will upload your image within the product listing.

Click 'Upload'

Select your image > Hit 'Open' / Enter / Select

After you have selected your image, you will see the screen below:

Adding Photos by Variant

If the listing has multiple variants, then you can choose to upload the image here.

Hit 'Save'

Don't forget to save your work!

Syncing into Buddi

Photos added in Greenline will automatically sync into Buddi in the next sync cycle and show on your menu. Use the 'Force Sync' feature in the Admin Portal > 'My Menu' page to speed up the sync and see your updates quicker.

Note: this tutorial applies to accessory products only. Cannabis products already have images pre-populated in Buddi by default. To override those images, go to the Admin Portal > 'My Menu' page > search for your Product > click on the Product > click to select image(s) for upload. You can choose to upload images for your accessory products here too, by following the same process.
