How to Update Your Co-Curricular Transcript

2. 2. Click on My Co-Curricular Transcript

   

3. 3. Click on Edit

   

4. 4. Next to "Experiences", click "edit"

   

5. 5. Click on Add Experience

   

6. 6. Add you experience and click save

   Select "Viterbi GCSP" as the group for the experience. Provide the name of your experience and add in parenthesis which of the Five Mindsets you believe the experience falls under. You Can list multiple Mindsets in your categorization.

   The Five Mindsets:

   Talent/Research

   Viable Business/Entrepreneurship

   Multidisciplinary

   Multiculturalism

   Social Consciousness

   Things you would want to add:

   Important projects

   Internships

   Jobs

   Design projects

   Societies and programs

   Leadership roles

   Special coursework

   Study abroad experiences

   Contests and competitions

   Provide a brief description of your experience

   Example: Kaiser Community Health Internship (Social Consciousness; Research/Talent)
