How to Update Customer Contact Information on Spectrum Using FollowUpCRM

1. 1. Click on dropdown trigger

   

2. 2. Click on Push another Contact

   

3. 3. Click on Connect/Push…

   

4. 4. Choose who you would like to push.

   

5. 5. If the contact is going to replace another, the user will receive a warning notification. Select, "Push"

   

6. 6. Click on Confirm

   

7. 7. User will receive a confirmation notification if it was successful.
