How to Submit a request through our Client Portal

Go to client portal portal.honeycomb.design

9 Steps

You have to be an authorised contact to be able to submit a request. If you are viewing this tutorial, you most likely already are.
To log in you can either use a magic link (it will send an email to your inbox with a link that will automatically log you in), or use logins you have created previously.

Click on Request type

Please select most applicable request type for your needs. Please note, the types of requests available may change overtime as we keep improving the system.

If you are requesting new content uploaded to your website, please select Website Content Updates

Fill the subject line to help us understand your request at a glance

If your matter is urgent please add URGENT in the subject. However, if this cannot wait 24h, please do not submit a request, but call us.

Add other people into conversation

If there are other authorised people on your team who need to know about this, please add them in the CC field.

Click on Request details

Please provide information about your request. You can include content updates or instructions, or a description of the problem. This field can be used in the same way as an email.

Click on Attachments

If you need to provide documents associated with the request, you can provide them as attachments. Or alternatively, you can also add document links (Dropbox, Drive, or other) in the request body. The latter method is most useful for documents larger than 5MB
