These instructions detail how to submit a new architectural request through the dashboard. You may access your architectural dashboard through your community website.
Access your Architectural dashboard
Log in to your association website and go to Account (please note that since websites differ, it may be called, My Account, or Profile) > Architectural Dashboard (some associations may have different naming conventions such as ARB, ACC, or DRC)
If you are accessing the architectural dashboard for the first time, you will be prompted to confirm your profile information and communication preferences.
Once you log in, go to your dashboard

Prior to submitting an application, you should review your community architectural guidelines. You can find them on the guidelines tab next to dashboard in the menu.
Click on New Application +

Select the community, address, and request type for your submission
If you have homes in multiple associations assigned to your account, you can change the community (green). If you have multiple properties, you can change the address (orange). Lastly, select your request type (blue).

You may only submit one request per application
Click on Continue

Fill out the fields on the application
Required fields are marked with an asterisk (yellow). You will most likely need to upload attachments for your application. The upload option allows you to upload multiple files and remove them if needed (blue).

If you are missing any required fields, you will not be able to submit the request. Make sure you review your application prior to submitting.
Click submit request

Click return to dashboard
Once you submit your request you will see a success message confirming your submission.

Verify submission
Once you are returned to the dashboard you will find your recent request.

Congratulations. You did it! Make sure to keep an eye out for email notifications regarding new comments and/or the status of your application.
