Click on Groups.

Once you are logged into the QMNC platform, click on Groups in the top navigation area.

Locate the name of the group you want to access. Then click the title.

Click Send Messages.

Now that you are in the group, you can send messages to its members. Click Send Messages.

Click on Send Private Message.

Note: By default, you will be on the tab for "Send Group Message". Any messages sent there will be sent to ALL group members. So if you want to send a private message to one or more individuals, be sure to click on Send Private Message.

Search for the name of the group member you want to send a message to or find their name in the list.

Click the circle next to their name to add them to the message. You can select more than one individual, if needed.

Type in your message.

Note: If you have selected more than one person to send a message to, you will have the option to send the message individually or as a group. In most cases, you'll want to choose Send Individually.
