How to Self-Report Continuing Education Credits for NDTA

Please follow the instructions below for reporting the 2024 Annual Conference and all other external continuing education credits

Sign into your account

Hover over Education

Click on CE Bank & My Certification

Please be sure to enter your credits in your Continuing Education application

Click on View

Click on Add CE under Self Reported Continuing Education

Please include the full title of the course that you are reporting

Please include the education provider

Please note: this is the organization through which you registered for the event. For example, the NDTA annual conference provider would be NDTA

Please be sure to include the start date, end date, and the credit hours awarded for the course

The maximum hours awarded for the NDTA Annual Conference is 26.25. Please only enter the hours awarded per your course certificate

Please include a copy of your course certificate

Click on Self-Reported Continuing Education: Submit Activity Details…

Click on Select Course taught by NDTA Instructor

Click on Self-Reported Continuing Education: Submit Activity Details…

Please indicate Yes or No for NDT Related CE and Course taught by NDTA Instructor

The NDTA Annual Conference requires a Yes for both of these fields

If a course is taught by an NDTA instructor please choose the instructor from the drop down menu next to NDTA Course Instructor

If a course has multiple NDTA instructors, please indicate just ONE NDTA instructor of the course. If you are reporting the NDTA Annual Conference, please indicate an NDTA instructor for a session you attended.

Once all fields are complete, click submit and the hours will be reflected on your application.
