How to Request an Appointment with SAS in AIM

Go to the AIM Student Portal: https://hunter.accessiblelearning.com/AustinCC/

On the left hand column under "Home", click on "Request for Appointment"

Select "Type" of meeting and any other information you'd like to share

SAS staff work a hybrid schedule and are available in-person as well as virtually. If you scheduled an in person meeting and the SAS staff is working remotely that day, they will contact you to reschedule

You will receive an email through your ACC account with confirmation and a Google Calendar invite. If you selected a virtual appointment, your Advocate will add a link to the virtual meeting to the Google Calendar invite.
