How to Request Reviews on the Topline Pro App

Getting customer reviews on Google Search is like getting a big thumbs-up from the internet world! It helps your website shine brighter on Google. Our app makes it a breeze to gather positive reviews from your customers and boost your search ranking to new heights!

12 Steps

On the left tab, click Reviews

In the top right corner, click on Request Review

If you want to send the review request to a new customer, click Create New Contact

This new customer will be saved to your "Contacts" in the app so you'll always have their information available!

Click Save and Add

You can also send a review request without creating a new contact - just add their phone number or email to the search bar under "Recipients". This will also generate a review request, but the contact info will not be saved!

Select who you want to request from and the method of delivery (Email or Text)

You can change the message in the Review Request feature using the steps below.

Click on Settings

Click on Reviews

Click on Default Review Request Message and click Save when you're done editing

To ensure you're not missing any future reviews, toggle on the automatic reminder button to send a reminder after 7 days of requesting a review!

When you're ready to request reviews, review the final message and click Send
