10 Steps

All ISPA Exhibitors and Sponsors will receive an invitation email from ispa@ispastaff.com with the subject line "Log Into Your Cvent Exhibitor/Sponsor Portal" that contains a link through which to log into their portal and purchase LeadCapture licenses.

Click on "Tasks" to view the ISPA-assigned tasks for exhibitors and sponsors within the Cvent Exhibitor Portal.

Click the tasks to view an expanding panel with more information on the task at hand. Exit out to get started!

Click on Licenses to begin the LeadCapture order process.

Click on Buy licenses.

ISPA Exhibitors and Sponsors have the ability to purchase a single license, a discounted bundle of three licenses or simply add on the required number of additional licenses desired.

Click the plus sign to increase the number of licenses if it exceeds the discounted bundle amount of three.

Click on Go to checkout.

Review your LeadCapture order.

Enter your payment information and complete the order.

Once paid for, your LeadCapture licenses are applied to your Cvent account.

You'll find your purchased licenses under the "Licenses" tab.

Once booth staff are registered in Map Your Show, the ISPA Team will work quickly to manually transfer those registrants into the Cvent system. Clicking "Assign License" will allow you to select which of your registered booth staff you want to activate the license. An activation email will then be sent to that booth staffer's registered email address with the steps to redeem and activate the license. NOTE: Once redeemed on a device, LeadCapture licenses cannot be transferred to another device. Please be sure to assign licenses to booth staff you know will be onsite at the event with a mobile device in proper working condition.
