You can access EXPA by going to expa.aiesec.org and signing in using your same login for your aiesec.org account. Your VP or LCP should have given you access to EXPA. If you have trouble logging in to EXPA or your VP/LCP didn't give you access, ask your MC on Telegram or via email.
Use the contents from the Job questionnaire that the Company should have completed.
The titles are clear, giving the name of the role/ job position.
✅ Dos
All titles should be written in English, spelled correctly and using full sentences
State the name of the role properly
State the name of the role with the name of the company at the end
❌Don’ts
Never use elements of punctuation such as “[xyz]” in your opportunity titles
Never add information such as length or salary in the opportunity title
Never add things such as “pre-matched”, “don't apply” in the title of the opportunity

✅ Dos
All opportunity should be written in English, spelled correctly and using full sentences and correct punctuation
The “Role description” section should give an overview of the project or job description in 50-100 words
The deadline of the opportunity should reflect the exact date of the opportunity being closed for applications
The “Main activities” section should list down minimum 5 activities to be carried out within the role by the intern. These should be phrased as actions, not topics
Add a valid process time for any opportunity you post
❌Don’ts
Never add details such as AIESECers phone number or contact information in the overview part of the opportunity

You can also choose the language preferences as well as nationalities. Sometimes company may want an EP from a specific country because they may have an office there or would like to expand their reach. Although you have specific nationalities required people are still able to apply to the opportunity. Make sure to review the nationalities during the sourcing process.

For the J-1 visa
12 month intern visa must be currently enrolled in university at a Bachelor level
18 months trainee visa must already have a Bachelors degree and 1 year of post graduate work experience.

This is important to discuss with the hiring manager. Discuss their hiring process and how long they will take to do the review process.This will be viewed by applicants and we must stick to it to provide an adequate customer experience for both applicants and our partners.
Pre-screening must be done before creating a shortlist for the company to review visa eligibility of applicants. This should be done by the LC team responsible.
Determine what the sourcing process will look like when working with the company responsible to ensure a steady process.
