OLD: How to Invite New Members and establish roles within a Workspace

If there is a non-active Workspace member that you'd like to remove, check out how to remove a Workspace member and open their subscription to an alternate user.

Workspaces must have at least one Admin.

To change Admins, invite/upgrade the new Admin first and then downgrade/remove the former Admin

Include the email of the Member you wish to invite

Select the role for the New Workspace Member

  • Creator is recommended for individuals getting started as contributors or viewers (free account), Enterprise Workspaces do not support free accounts.
    Creator Pro is recommended for individuals creating Workflows from programs across their desktop as well as needing advanced image editing and PDF branding (paid account)

  • Creator Pro (Admin) allows individuals to control Workspace permissions and billing (paid account)

  • Sidekick is a view only role with full access to a Workspace on invite. Sidekicks have access to Guidance, but cannot create a Tango.

Select the role for the New Workspace Member

Click on Save new role to start the prorate Tango Pro subscription

If you are upgrading a current Workspace member or adding a new Pro subscription, the new subscription will align with the current monthly or annual subscription window and prorated accordingly

Enterprise teams have an established subscription count and won't see the message below.
