Logging In and Navigating to the Subgroup

This section will show you how to login to Connect Extension and navigate to the EDEN Subgroup.

Sign In

After accepting your email invitation for the EDEN Subgroup on Connect Extension, visit www.connect.extension.org and click on "Sign In" on the main navigation.

Enter Your Login Credentials

Enter the same login credentials that you used to create your account.

After you've logged in, click on SUBGROUPS

Click on EXTENSION DISASTER EDUCATION NETWORK (EDEN)

After clicking on EXTENSION DISASTER EDUCATION NETWORK (EDEN), you will be in the subgroup.

How do I post a blog or add something to the calendar?

5 Steps

Click on Post

Click on "Blog" or "Event"

Fill out the fields to create your blog post or calendar event.

For blogs, click on "Collections" (Optional) if you'd like to assign your blog to a specific category.

Click on Publish

How do I upload a new resource?

5 Steps

Click on Post

Click on Resource

Upload your resource

Multiple resources can be uploaded simultaneously. You can change the name of the resource to how you'd like it to appear in Connect Extension rather than the file name.

Click on "Sets" to assign the resource to a specific category.

If a set or category is missing, please contact the Extension Foundation for assistance.

Click "Add Now"

How do I post to the committee forums?

Click on Post

Click on "Topic"

Choose the appropriate forum

Enter your topic information

Please note, if you are sharing a resource in the committee forum, you can upload attachments here as well. However, consider posting the resource to the resource feature within your subgroup and linking to it in the Body.
