How to Find your CA Entity ID

This website will help you find information about your business such as:

  • Entity ID

  • If your business is in good standing

  • Statement of Information due date and ability to file your statement of information

  1. 1. Go to Home :: California Secretary of State

  2. 2. Click on Business

    Click on Business

  3. 3. Click on BizFile

    Click on BizFile

  4. 4. Type in Business Name

    Type in Business Name

  5. 5. Click on Entity

    A side bar will appear and it will provide the following information

    • Entity ID (highlighted in blue)

    • If the business is in good standing with FTB and SOS (in orange)

    • Statement of Information Due Date (in pink)

    Click on Entity
