How to Enrich Numbers

  1. 1. CSV ONLY: Before starting, ensure these fields are configured in your List before uploading. These will help Orum find the best possible numbers. - Name - Company - Title - Email - LinkedIn

  2. 2. On the lefthand side of your Dialer interface, ensure "Orum Enriched" is a selected phone field. If you do not select this Phone field, the Enriched Numbers you obtain later may not appear in your list!

  3. 3. While looking at your Dialer List, select the prospect(s) you wish to Enrich Numbers for.

  4. 4. Conserving Credits: Apply the filter "No Callable Numbers" if you wish to focus on prospects without any numbers to call. This can help you get the most of your credits.

  5. 5. Select Enrich Numbers.

  6. 6. A popup will then inform you of your available credits and the details of your transaction. Click the blue "Enrich # Prospect" button to continue.

  7. 7. You will see a progress bar appear at the top of your list.

  8. 8. Once the Enrich process is complete, a notification will appear in the bottom left corner of the Dialer indicating the results. Click the Reload List button to refresh your list with these new numbers applied.

  9. 9. If Orum was unable to find an Enriched Number for the prospect(s), you will see a message like this here. This is usually the case because Orum does not have enough data or confidence to supply an Enriched Number.
