Click on Academy

Do not click the purple "Try Read&Write" button.

Click on Read&Write for Education

Click on Installation…

Select "I don't have a product code" and Click on Continue

Select "Read&Write" and choose your platform(s), then click Continue

NOTE: You cannot select multiple products in addition to Read&Write, but you can choose multiple platforms.

Select "Single" and Click on Continue

Select "Microsoft 365" and Click on Finish

Click on the top link listed under your chosen platform to download and install Read&Write.

(NOTE: If you selected multiple platforms (e.g. Windows and Edge) on the Products screen, you will click each link to download and install them separately).

If prompted to choose a language, Click US English to initiate the download.

Once downloaded, follow the instructions for installing the software. Additional guidance for installation is provided near the bottom of the page, if needed.

After installation is complete, open the Read&Write application or browser extension and sign in. Once signed in, you will have full access to all features in the R&W toolbar.

*Important Note - to ensure continued free access to all tools and features, always choose "Sign in with Microsoft" and use your OneTech account information when prompted.

*Some users may receive a sign-in error when attempting to use the Google Chrome Browser Extension. There is no known resolution for this error at this time.

If you receive a sign-in error when attempting to use the Google Chrome Browser Extension, you will need to download and install Read&Write for a different platform.
