Only the Hub Champion will have this icon available in the dashboard at the top of the screen. To request this permission, the business owner will need to contact the Helpdesk authorizing the changes.

Click on Edit Team Members

Enter the staff member's name and Click on Search

Click on Edit icon in the right-hand side of the screen

Select Disabled

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and Click on Save

Verify the status of the profile has changed to "Disabled"
