How to Create a Private Plan

To create a Private Plan, you must have a Published or Live Listing and at least one (1) Public Pricing Plan.

Login to your WeTransact Portal

Select the listing you wish to use to create a Private Plan

To view all of your listings, click on My Product Listing > View all listings

Click on the Listing's Name

Click on Add pricing plan

Go to Listing and Pricing Tab and look for + Add pricing Plan

Click on Add pricing plan

Name the Private Plan

A slide modal on the right will show where you will need to add all details of the Private Plan you are creating.

Add the Pricing Description and click Next

Choose the Business Outcome -- I want to sell to a specific customer using private pricing - Private Plan

Click on Apply Tenant ID

Add the Tenant ID

Type or paste your customer's Tenant ID and click Apply. (proceed to Step 12)

  • If you do not have your customer's Tenant ID, you can utilize the Tenant ID finder by clicking the link that says Click here and follow steps 9-11.

If you are creating a Test Private Plan, add your own (company's) Tenant ID.

Type the Customer's Website Domain

Once you clicked on the "click here", a pop-up will appear where you must type the Customer's Website Domain, then click Find.

Click on Copy Tenant ID

When available, the customer's Tenant ID will appear in green. Proceed to click on Copy Tenant ID.

If no values have been returned, confirm the Tenant ID with the customer as they may be using another name or domain.

Click on Apply

After you click on Copy Tenant ID, it will automatically be copied into the field -- then click Apply.

Successful Notification

Once you click on Add Pricing Plan, you will be prompted of a successful notification on the top right of the page.

Click on Update

After successfully creating the Private Plan, you will need to publish the listing again.

The Update button will be enabled; click on it.
