All = Everyone
New = Connectors you haven't invited yet
Invited = Invited to refer, but haven't referred
Referred = Connector has submitted one referral
Made a Hire = Connector has made one hire

Select your date, then click schedule and you're done!
Once you schedule a message you can still edit it , move it back to drafts, or change the scheduled send date.
