In order for residents to have access to their unit in the app, this must be selected and toggled on, with their correct cell phone # registered.

Select Resident type

Feel free to add any other contact information and then press Add Resident

To add a Renter, Simply follow the previous steps, then select Renter in the Dropdown menu

Select an expiration date for the Renter to automate Amenities Access Control

When you finish adding the renter and setting up the expiration date, Feel free to Add Resident to finalize.

In the unit profile, you may Add their Vehicle information

When you finalize the information, press Add Vehicle

You may also book an amenity directly in the unit

Select the resident and then choose the amenity and time you are reserving

You may add Pet info

After entering the information, remember to press Add Pet
