Visit the FADI-EDEN Application Portal

Click the link above to visit the applicationportal.

Click on Sign Up

If you've gone to similar application portals through the Extension Foundation before, you will need to create a new account since this application is specific to the FADI-EDEN program.

Register your email and password

Click on Sign Up

Click on Create a Profile to Get Started

Fill in your profile details

Click on Create Profile when you are done.

Click on Get Started

To begin your application, Click on Open next to "Application"

Complete your application

Click on Mark Complete

You may also save your application as a draft and return to finish it later.

Next to "Budget," Click on Open

Click on + New Item

Enter your budget information.

If you would like a copy of the budget form to get assistance from your OSP, please see the link below for a copy of the Budget and Budget Justification Form Fields. Please note, you will need to complete this information in the portal to submit your application:

Click on Mark Complete

Click on Close after Completing Your Budget

In order to fully submit your application, please press the Submit button after completing your application and budget.
