How To Setup Welcome Points + Gifts

Step 1 Creating Loyalty Products - Welcome Rewards

Loyalty Products refer to the items you would like to use as welcome gifts.

1. Click Loyalty -> Products
2. Click Add
3. Click General Product
Click “General Product” to generate new vouchers
4. Type the voucher name to all three "Name" fields (e.g. "[免费]购物优惠券")
5. Type SKU (SKU has to be unique for all products)
6. Choose " Welcome Gift " for the type
7. Enter the Description in all 3 language fields
8. Enter the Terms & Conditions in all 3 language fields
9. Enter the Use Begin/End Time
Use begin and expiry time control when the vouchers can be used by redeemed users
10. Upload Image for Voucher
11. Fill in Use Condition
Use Begin/Expiry: The available dates of the product.
Usage Limit: The total usage allowed for this product.
Min/Max Use Quantity: The minimum or maximum quantity required to use this loyalty product.
Min/Max Spending Amount: The minimum and maximum spending amounts a customer needs to reach to use this loyalty product.
Applicable Store: The store where this loyalty product can be used.
12. Select Channel
The available channels depend on the channels you currently have. To add new channels, please contact our IT Team.
13. Select the Use Method
Staff passcode = input password for redemption
QR code = Vouchers for online channels
14. Auto Create for Loyalty Offer or E-commerce Product
Can tick the boxes to auto create Loyalty Offer and E-commerce Product.
15. Click Submit
*Applicable store cannot be added before successful product creation
16. Product successfully created

Step 2 Creating association with store passcode

17. Click on Loyalty Products
18. Click Edit
19. Click Edit Store
20. Check store_id for the respective shops
21. Click Submit

Step 3 Creating Voucher as a Gift

22. Find the newly added product
23. Click on Voucher
Click “Voucher” to create single voucher / by batch
Created voucher status can also be checked here
24. Click Add
25. Input the voucher quantity and quota per voucher needed
Voucher quantity: number of unique code needed for voucher quota
Quota per voucher: number of time(s) the unique code can be used
26. Click Submit

Step 4 Creating Loyalty Offer

27. Click Loyalty - Offers (under the Loyalty tab)
28. Click on "Rewards" for the specific offer that is automatically created during the Loyalty Product setup.
29. Click on Add
30. Click on Loyalty Product
31. Select the Loyalty Product that you would like to use as the Welcome Gift.
32. Insert the product availability
33. Enter the Total Quota, which represents the maximum amount that can be redeemed.
34. Select Active and click on Submit
35. Now to add Points, click on Add
36. Click on Point
37. Insert Welcome Points Value
38. Select General
39. Select Welcome Offer as Point Category
40. Select the Point Expiry Time
41. If you would like the Welcome Points to expire after a certain period instead of on a specific date, you can enter the Point Expiry Time Offset. For example, if you enter "3," the Welcome Points will expire 3 days after being received.
Please note that Points Expiry Time and Points Expiry Time Offset cannot be used simultaneously.
42. Enter the total availability for this Welcome Points reward.
43. Select Active
44. Click on Submit
45. The Welcome Offer, including points and welcome gifts (such as a pen), has been successfully created.
