How To Setup Custom Points before API Linking
1. Click on Loyalty
2. Click on Offers
3. Click on Add
4. Click on Custom Offer
5. Select Active
6. Select your Loyalty Product if you would like to send an item-based gift to them.
7. Type the voucher name to all three "Name" fields
8. Enter the Description and Terms & Conditions
9. Insert Thumbnail
10. Select Member Only for Visibility
11. Insert the Begin and End Time
Use begin and expiry time control when the vouchers can be used by redeemed users
12. Insert Quota
Total Quota：用于限制总数量
Daily Quota：限制每天总共可领数量
Monthly Quota：限制每月总共可领数量
Customer Total Quota：用户总共可领数量
Customer Daily Quota：用户每日总共可领数量
Customer Monthly Quota：用户每月总共可领数量
13. Select the System Event Custom Function
The System Event Custom Function allows merchants to choose specific events to apply in the custom point settings. IT configuration is required to set up these events, enabling merchants to reuse them and select them easily from this section.
14. Click on Submit
15. Back to Offer, click on Rewards for the offer that you've created.
16. Click on Add
17. Click on Point
18. Insert Points Value
19. Select General
20. Select Point as Point Category
21. Select Point Expiry Time
If you would like the Welcome Points to expire after a certain period instead of on a specific date, you can enter the Point Expiry Time Offset. For example, if you enter "31" the Welcome Points will expire 31 days after being received. Please note that Points Expiry Time and Points Expiry Time Offset cannot be used simultaneously.
22. Enter the total availability for this Custom Points reward.
23. Select Active
24. Click on Submit
