How To Create A Birthday Points

  1. 1. Click on Offers

    The loyalty product must be set up before configuring the birthday offer.

  9. 9. Select the Redemption Type, which specifies when the birthday points can be redeemed.

    For eg, members can receive points on their birthday, or they can receive it during the beginning of the month of their birthday. Any redemption period beyond the birthday or birthday month needs to be configured by the IT team.

    Manual: Members will have to manually redeem their birthday points
    Automation: Members will automatically have points added to their wallet on their birthday, with no need for redemption. IT configuration needed.

  20. 20. If you would like the Welcome Points to expire after a certain period instead of on a specific date, you can enter the Point Expiry Time Offset. For example, if you enter "31" the Welcome Points will expire 31 days after being received.

    Please note that Points Expiry Time and Points Expiry Time Offset cannot be used simultaneously.
