How Do I View My Certificates?

1. 1. Login - Top Left Important: Ensure you are logged into the correct account as some users have a secondary purchaser account.

   

2. 2. Click on Profile

   

3. 3. Click on View My Activity

   

4. 4. Click on the Certificate Icon

   

5. 5. Click on {Course Certificate} - Certificate(s) will Display in a Pop-Up Window

   

6. 6. Click on BIAA: Brain Injury Association of America Dashboard - To return to the user dashboard homepage.

   

7. 7. Second Option - Click on My Courses…

   

8. 8. Click on Each Sub Folder (Until The Course Completion Is Shown)

   

9. 9. Click on Completed

   

10. 10. Click on {Course Name} Certificate

    

11. 11. Click on BIAA: Brain Injury Association of America Dashboard - To return to the user dashboard homepage.
