Enrollment Key Instructions

Enrollment key information is sent directly to the purchaser for distribution, typically via email (e.g., Outlook, Microsoft, Gmail, etc.).

As a current user, the enrollment key auto-populates to the registered user's account, and a pop-up window appears.

Account creation information is sent to the email address entered during setup (e.g., Outlook, Microsoft, Gmail). Please check your junk/spam folder for an email from Absorb.

Enrollment Key Information

Paste the enrollment key ID number that was sent to you from the purchaser who provided the enrollment information. This information was provided directly by the purchaser and is a string of 15-20 characters. (Usually, this information is sent in an email such as Outlook, Microsoft, Gmail, etc. and does not come from absorb.

Please note that enrollment keys are case-sensitive and include extra spaces. They are for one-time use only.
