1. 1. Click on Analytics & Reporting

   

2. 2. Click on Agency Intelligence

   

3. 3. Under "Policy KPIs," select Policies in Force

   

4. 4. Click on the total number under "Policies" to open the full report.

   

Verify Report Structure

1. 5. On the top-right corner, click on "Column Options."

   

2. 6. Click on Save Layout

   

3. 7. Name the layout: "APP - Book of Business - [Agency Name]"

   

4. 8. Save the layout

   

Exporting the Report

1. 9. On the top-right corner, click the kebab menu "More Actions."

   

2. 10. Click on Export to CSV

   

3. 11. Download CSV
