Navigate to HR Setup > Jobs.

Complete all applicable fields to be used as defaults. When this job is assigned to an employee, these fields will be automatically assigned in the employee's profile. It's recommended to check "Allow Override At Employee Level" for each field.

Click Save when all applicable fields are complete.

Default Jobs are assigned under Pay Information on the Main tab of the employee's profile. Click the browse button and assign the appropriate job.
