Guide to Registering for a Graduate Course in Workday Student

On www.adams.edu, at the top of the website click on "Students".

In "Start Date within", type in "Fall 2024". Then, select "Fall Semester 2024 (08/19/2024-12/13/2024)".

You can then search for the course prefix and number (i.e. KIN 550) in the search bar at the top of the page.

You can also use the filters on the left side of the screen to only select the course subject. You can click on "+More" to see more course subjects.

You can also use the filter on the left for "Section Status" to select "Open" for only open courses available to register for with open enrollments/seats. "Closed" are courses that are full with enrollments/seats at that time.

For this guide, I am selecting Kinesiology courses that are open using the filters on the left. On any of the courses, you can select the down arrow to the right to expand more on the course at a quick glance such as Instructors, Delivery Mode, etc.

Click on the blue hyperlink for the course you would like to register for. For this guide, I want to register for "KIN 550-2 - Applied Sports Psychology".

You can then see all sections of the course you are registering for to select your section if there is more than one available. Click on "Register".

You can verify your enrollment in courses registered for by going back to your "Academic" section. On the right side, click on "View My Courses".

Under "Fall Semester 2024", you will see the courses you have successfully registered for.
