1. After you have logged into your account using https://nemo.asee.org/public Click on 2026 ASEE Annual Conference & Exposition
2. You will see the homescreen, you will scroll down
3. Until you see Division Management
4. Click on Assign Papers To Sessions
5. You will see this screen which has all of your technical and poster sessions.
6. Under papers you will see how many papers have been assigned to each session.
7. You will also see the titles of each technical session
8. You can click on the title of the sessions to make changes to the sessions if you need to.
9. That will bring you to the summary screen of the session
10. You can click on edit to make changes to the title and add a description. You can also add amentities here if you would like.
11. If you have not entered in your estimated head count for the technical session please do so here. Click on the edit button and enter an amount.
12. You can see the location. If you find the room is too big or too small or the room set is incorrect please let us know by emailing conferences@asee.org we can try and move you around.
13. You can update your description here.
14. Click on Add Moderator to add your moderators for the sessions. When you click on the button you can enter the moderators name or email address to select them.
15. Click on edit next to amenities if you would like to add any amenities to the session.
16. Click on Assign Papers To Sessions to get back to the assign papers screen.
17. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. There you will see how many finalized papers you have that need to be assigned to a session. Every paper should be presented at the conference, although if an author fails to register or finalize their paper it may be removed.
18. Here you will see the paper ID number
19. As well as the title of the paper
20. To assign the paper please click on the drop down menu and select the session you would like the paper assigned.
21. Once the session has been selected it will show in the box. T223A - Engineering Technology Division (ETD) Technical Session 2
22. You can select the position the paper should be presented next.
23. There are typically each session has 5 papers with about 18 minutes each to present. You can select the order the papers should be presented in.
24. Once all of the papers have been assigned to a session. Scroll down to the bottom and click on submit your assignments. The system will notify the author to let them know the day, time and location they are scheduled to present.
