Guest Parking Requests

NOTE: Parking requests must be submitted by a UTEP employee. If you are not a UTEP employee, please ask whoever is sponsoring your visit to submit a request.

Enter the event name, location on campus, and the date and time of the event

Enter the parking lot/area you are requesting, as well as the date and times you are requesting for the permit.

We recommend giving guests time to park and find the event before the event start time.

Note: we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate the specific lot requested

Enter the total number of guests you are expecting for the event, and how many of those are UTEP students, faculty, or staff.

Consider if you will need staff onsite to protect spaces.

NOTE: Parking and Transportation Services does not provide staffing to protect spaces. If your request is approved, you will need to arrange for internal staffing or hire a service such as BEST.
