The purpose of this training is to walk through how to generate, review and submit the 1094C form(s) once you have approved the 1095c forms.
You will see the Division Name and 1095C Batch ID number in the box below the 'Generate 1094(s) which will inform you of the number of 1094C forms that will be generated. Click the blue button "Generate 1094(s)".
Once generated, you will receive an email notification that the 1094C form(s) is ready for your review.

View the pdf of the 1094C form and confirm that all information is accurate. Below is a sample of 1094C form. Check the organization name, EIN, address, contact person and telephone number and boxes 18-22. A signature is not required since the form is being submitted electronically. Review page 2 to ensure headcounts are accurate. Page 3 will include a list of additional EIN's (if the Company is an aggregated ALE).

If the 1094C is accurate, you are ready to submit to the IRS. Return to tab 4 and you'll see the blue arrow to Submit to the IRS. Continue by clicking the IRS icon to submit to the IRS. By submitting to the IRS, you are approving that the information is accurate. If the 1094C is not correct, reach out to your Reporting Specialist for assistance.
Note: the IRS transmission process can take up to 3 days. Check the Filing Status message after 3 days to ensure the transmission was successful and / or if there were any errors that need attention.
