Created May 03, 2023Finding an Article from a Citation: ProQuest
This tutorial assumes you have already mastered using the Journal A-Z List to locate a ProQuest journal. If you need a refresher, check out our tutorial "Finding an Article from a Citation: Journal A-Z List."
8
Remember, you may not know the journal is going to an ProQuest database until after you complete this step. If you click on the journal title and it does not lead you to an ProQuest database, check out our tutorials for that brand of database instead.

2
You should now see a journal homepage featuring information about your journal.

3
From lower down the left-hand side of the screen, use the drop-down box to select the year of publication for the article you're looking for.

4
Use the next drop-down box to select the volume and issue number according to the article citation.

5
Click on View issue to load the articles from that issue.

6
Click on the title of the article you want to read, and you'll be able to download it, email it, and use other database tools from there.

Well done!
