This is an easy way to export information in one spreadsheet about all of your applicants in a given cycle.

From staff dashboard - click on Applications

Scroll down to the Application Tools section

Select your desired cycle from Cycle:

Click on Export All Applicants Report. It may take a few minutes to download - DO NOT keep pressing the green button, it will only make things take longer.

Here you can view all of the data for the Awards 2022 cycle for our example.

To get a better view of what some of the headers say, you can highlight columns that have longer/hard to read headers.

Then click on wrap text.

Now that you can read things more easily, you can see how to look at startups' preferences. For example, there were many tracks/categories that founders could apply for in the 2022 Awards cycle. Click on filter.

Then click on the bottom right arrow of a given cell [in this example, the alumni category]. Unselect the blanks.

Now you can see preferences - for example, we can see startup number 43 listed the alumni category as their number 2 choice. You can then do the same thing for each category [in this example, it's under Preference or columns P, R, T, etc].

This will allow you to view every startup's preferences for each category.
