Login to Pathway's SIS.
Navigate to the Admin panel.
The admin panel is located on the left hand side of your screen. If you do not see this option, you do not have user permissions to edit your school's settings. Contact your school administrator if you believe this is an error.

Click on the pencil icon to enable edits.

Academic transfer credit:
If your school accepts transfer credit from other academic institutions, you can toggle this setting to "yes." If not, you can set it as "no."

Application fees:
If your school requires application fee payments, you should toggle this to "Yes." At the bottom of this same settings page, you can add the link from which you collect application fees.

Work transfer credits:
Some schools allow for work experience to count towards student's academic credit. If your school is one of those schools, you can toggle this setting to "yes."

Financial aid:
If your school offers some form of financial aid, you can toggle this setting to "yes." Otherwise, set it as "no."

Default admissions representative:
Here, you can choose from any active accounts to be set as your default admissions rep. These reps will be the first person assigned to your system's new leads.

Signing enrollment agreements:
Here, you can set the default user assigned to sign enrollment agreements. This account will be the default name that shows up as the e-signature on any enrollment agreements.

Setting your academic year start date:
Here, you can set your school's default academic year start date for your programs. If you do not have a default starting date, this can be left blank.

Setting your academic year end date:
Here, you can set your school's default academic year end date for your programs. If you do not have a default starting date, this can be left blank.

Disabling financial records:
By toggling this setting to "yes," you hide financial records from the student view and disable your school from tracking financial transactions within Pathway's application.

Adding a link for collecting your application fee:
If your school collects an application fee, you can enter the payment link here.

If you want to set a special accent color for your transcript, you can enter it here as a hexadecimal code. Follow the link button next to this step for a guide to hexadecimal color codes. After dragging around the sliders to reach your desired code, copy and paste your code, which is the six letter/number combination called the "Hex" into the box. Do not include the # as part of your accent color.

Upload your schools logo to be appended to transcripts:
Use the upload your school's logo button to upload a picture of your schools logo. The file should be a small file that is saved in .png format.

Save your settings!
Once you have entered your desired settings, be sure to navigate back up to the top of the page and hit the "Save" button.
